Refund and Returns Policy

Supertitles are intellectual property which cannot be returned once received, therefore no refunds are granted. That said, if your production is verified as postponed, you may request a re-rental of the same title within one year for no additional charge. Scenes program compilations, cut processing, and any other non-rental services provided are not refundable.
